Data is collected for: order management, license activation, customer support, transactional emails, and service improvement.

4. Sub-processors

Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, Amsterdam, Netherlands) processes payment data. Mollie is PCI-DSS certified. See their policy at mollie.com/en/privacy.

5. Retention Periods

Account data: duration of account + 3 years
Order data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
Support tickets: 3 years after closure

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and restrict the processing of your data. Contact us at privacy@ln-labs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

7. Security

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

8. Use of AI

This site may use AI tools to create content under human supervision. However, all content and resources are verified and tested by a group of testers in real-world conditions before publication. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
